01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ppslot website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of ppslot Services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one ppslot account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppslot platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the ppslot platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

07 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ppslot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

08 Limitation of Liability

ppslot's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ppslot account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The ppslot platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Termination

ppslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if ppslot reasonably believes that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You are under the age of 21.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to ppslot, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination for cause, ppslot reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your ppslot account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Amendments to These Terms

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact ppslot's support team in good faith and allow a reasonable period for ppslot to investigate and respond to your complaint. ppslot aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Philippine law.
